Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Thamel, offering easy access to restaurants, bars, markets, and key attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though some noise from the street could be heard during festivals. The service is exceptional with a helpful and welcoming staff, and the dining options are good. However, the hotel may not be the best choice for North Indian cuisine enthusiasts.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms looked amazing, but being next to the street made it very loud. On the bright side, they were a good value for money, offering amenities like satellite TV, Wi-Fi, hot showers at any time, and daily cleaning. The breakfast included was a nice touch.
I stayed at the top floor of the hotel, and while the pick-up was only from the airport, the rooms were comfortable. The staff, particularly from Agoda/Zen Hotel bookings, were amazing and very friendly. The location is perfect, allowing for a peaceful stay in Kathmandu, with major attractions easily accessible by foot. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying the variety of warm and cold choices in the serene garden.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were noisy, especially with street sounds, but the staff was friendly and the location was convenient. The breakfast was below average, and the drink options were limited. However, the top-floor room with a patio was a nice touch.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent, very comfortable with good beds, and the best part was the amazing shower. I loved being on the top floor as I could enjoy a large patio just outside my door with chairs and a table, perfect for having my coffee. The only downside was facing the street, but earplugs saved the day. The room did have a lingering smell of cigarettes though.
